Mental Health Motivated was created out of the belief that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life, free from the effects of stressors that can create barriers to healthy mental, emotional, and physical well-being, restrict thriving relationships, and delay the progress of successful strategies toward your life-fulfilling goals.

Mental Health Motivated provides free mental health education for all individuals. Being proactive to have positive and healthy mental, emotional, and physical health should become a priority for everyone. Mental Health Motivated’s platform empowers those willing to be emotionally intelligent, to develop and maintain healthy relationships, to establish helpful and positive thought patterns, to bring awareness in regulating one’s own emotions, to choose healthy coping behaviors, and prevent negative and damaging self-soothing strategies, all to achieve living one’s own best life.
